Some of the cons are, but this list is not limited to are:
- definite down-time.
- possible allergic reaction to the anesthesia.
- a surgery gone wrong.
- not being happy with the results, which can lead to depression
- no guarantees.
- in case of removal of the fat, an uneven appearance such as in the cheeks.
- an eye may not close or open properly. They may stay open while sleeping.
- eyes may be different, one might be droopy and the other one lifted.
- a cheek may be tighter than the other.
- blood clots could form depending on the area worked on.
- etc.
